Cancellation Policy

Spa Ginza has been recognized as the leading Asian Spa in all of New York City.

Booking appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcomed and accepted. In the event a reservation is made and needs to be canceled for any reason whatsoever, to avoid a 100% charge please allow us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Credit card details are required at the time of booking.


Prices include domestic taxes and are subject to prevailing service charges. Pricing remains effective Monday through Sunday including holidays.
Menu and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Certificates

An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available at Spa Ginza, NYC. All gift certificates sold are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeemed, gift certificates must be presented as the form of payment, otherwise you will be charged for the full value of the treatment. If lost, gift certificates are non-replaceable and non-refundable.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all mobile devices.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when you arrive or when making your spa reservation.


In keeping with our commitment to hygiene and safety, our staff continuously maintains Spa Ginza in pristine condition.

Loss or Damage

Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit as we regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.

Accidents or Injuries

Spa Ginza shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by guests.

Use of Facilities

The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited within the facility.

Dress Code

We ask that you wear the robe provided while leaving the treatment room.
